The work consists of a five mid-rise apartment buildings each consisting of 40 dwelling units (apartments).  All five buildings have basement garage level along with street level parking.  The 40 dwelling units on four floors are constructed of wood framing and wood trusses, floor and roof structures.  Two exit stairs and one handicap accessible elevator is provided for egress.  The basement garages are constructed of concrete with grilled openings for ventilation.
